Happy New Year! I hope 2011 is a wonderful year for us all. I am truly grateful for all of my ‘fans’, friends, family, students, supporters, and the wonderful mosaic community for your amazing, incredible support throughout the past year! I’m finally realizing my long-latent dream of being an Artist, and it’s incredible! I continue to learn more and more on a daily basis and love sharing my knowledge with my students and the web-at-large. The support I’ve received over this past year has been more than I would’ve ever expected; it’s buoyed me during tough times and long nights and inspires me to keep going forward.

I have lots of big dreams and plans for 2011 including: attending February’s Society of American Mosaic Artists conference to learn more to share with all of you and find more great mosaic suppliers and sources; continuing to offer classes at CO Free University (www.freeu.com) about every 8-12 weeks; offering Garden Mosaics classes at some local garden centers; expanding locations for Denver area classes; holding more private and ‘club’ mosaic classes; and expanding class offerings to include such topics as “Tempered (“crash”) Glass” Mosaics!
